Frosting a cake for intermediate decorators

In this class, you will learn a technique I use to get the smoothest finish on a cake using buttercream.  The cake will look like it's covered in fondant. This class is 2.5 hours long.  You will leave the class with a finished cake.   $150. 

Using fondant for intermediate decorators.

In this class, I will teach you how to create 2-d figures, cake toppers or make fondant roses.  You must have taken the Introduction fondant class prior to this class. You will leave with 6 cupcakes with custom toppers. This class is 1.5 hours.  $100

Buttercream class

In this class, I will teach you how to make a delicious buttercream.  This class is 1 hour long.  You will leave the class with a bucket of homemade buttercream. $75

Introduction to Fondant

In this class, I will teach you how to make your own fondant.  You will learn how to color the fondant and make simple decorations using fondant molds.  You will leave with 2 pounds of homemade fondant.  This class is 1.5 hours.  $90

Cupcakes and Treats class

In this class, I will teach you how to pipe beautiful cupcakes.  I will also teach you how to make cakesicles with a simple design. You will leave with 6 cupcakes and 6 cakesicles. This class is 1.5 hours. $90
