How to Request a Quote

Requesting a quote is easy! Simply fill out my short online order form with as much information as you can, including your event date, number of servings, flavors, fillings, and any design ideas you have. The more details you provide, the more accurate your quote will be.

Not sure what size cake you need? No problem! Just select "Custom Cake Not Listed" on the order form, and I'll be happy to help you choose the perfect size for your celebration.

When I send your personalized quote, I'll ask for a 50% deposit to be paid within 24 hours to reserve your date. Because I often receive multiple inquiries for the same dates, I can only hold your spot once the deposit has been received. If I don't hear back from you within 24 hours, I'll assume you've decided not to move forward and will close the request, allowing that date to remain available for other customers.

Once your deposit is received, your order is officially reserved, and I can begin planning your design, scheduling your order, and purchasing any specialty supplies needed to create your cake.

FAQ's

  • How far in advance should I order?
    Most custom cakes require at least one week’s notice. More detailed designs and wedding cakes may require additional time.

  • Do you offer same-day or next-day cakes?
    No. Every cake is homemade and custom-designed, so advance notice is required.

  • How is my order confirmed?
    A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date within 24 hours of receiving the quote. The remaining balance is due before pickup or delivery.

  • Do you offer pickup and delivery?
    Pickup is available in North Las Vegas. Delivery may also be available for an additional fee based on the location. During the school year, deliver and pick up times are 4pm - 8:30pm

  • Why are the prices listed as starting prices?
    Final pricing depends on the cake size, flavor, filling, design complexity, and decorating time.  See the How Custom Cake Pricing Works page.

  • Can I choose the cake flavor and filling?
    Yes. Customers can select from your available cake flavors, fillings, and frostings. Cake Flavors and Fillings

  • Can you copy a cake from an inspiration photo?
    Inspiration photos are welcome, but each cake is custom-made and may vary slightly based on your preferences and the materials available. I can not guarantee an exact replica.

  • How should I transport my cake?
    Keep the cake level on the floor or in the cargo area of an air-conditioned vehicle, not on a seat or someone’s lap.

  • How should I store my cake?
    Storage instructions depend on the cake and filling. I will provide the appropriate instructions when the order is picked up or delivered.
